In "Type", you have three options. Any equipment, field or porters. This value determines what type of player that exercise can be used.
In the "display name" type the name of the exercise. This is the name in the game of your exercise.Under "description" can give a brief description of your exercise. This is not mandatory The other values represent all aspects of the game that can be trained in this particular exercise. Enter a value between 0 and 7 in all fields. 0 means that no effort is put into a particular aspect, 7 means a great effort is put into a particular aspect.
When you're done editing, save the file as "File-name.TAT" and move it to the FM training kit. Start a new game and put it into practice.I created some of these personalized exercise my self, none of which the use of an exercise with all values set to 7 though.
